1. Booking and Payments:
– All bookings are subject to availability.
– A deposit of 50% from total payment is required to secure your booking.
– Full payment is due 2 days before the tour departure date.
2. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made 2 days or more before the tour departure date: Cancellation Policy would be charge 25% .
– Cancellations made less than 1 day before the tour departure date or no-shows: Cancellation Policy Would be charge 100%. ( Not Refundable )
3. Itinerary Changes:
– Best Places in Bali reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
4. Travel Documents:
– It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.
5. Health and Safety:
– Participants should be in good health and notify us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.
6. Insurance:
– Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, etc.
